Design engineers, in cooperation with the project manager, handle the task of firming up the design information and raising necessary requests for information to enable the preparation of schedules and other ancillary equipment for required subsystems, including all associated works such as electrical, civil and structural works.
Wiring diagrams and layouts are produced at a schedule agreed upon by both parties to allow adequate time for manufacture and delivery to site. These drawings are submitted for approval and subject to amendment based on comments from the client that form the equipment configuration detail.
There is a cycle to allow for the update and resubmission of documents.
